This is the very First album by NICK CUISAIN’S  band  ISOLAYTRS, the very first release on the independent label VINYL FORGE RECORDS…  ROSIE O’DONNEL  ended her week subbing for JIMMY KIMMEL  by burning mango mussilino with a BRUTAL musical parody. On Thursday night, Rosie O’Donnell wrapped up her week guest-hosting JIMMY KIMMEL Live! with what might be the most devastatingly clever sign-off of the summer: a full musical parody of “Danny Boy,” reimagined as an open letter to Orange butt fuck. O’DONELL  opened by thanking “everyone who’s been watching this week, especially the hungry, hungry hypocrite in the White House,” before landing one of her sharpest lines yet: “It’s kind of weird to think he spent more nights with me this week than melanoma .”  She also joked that her real motivation for guest-hosting wasn’t landing her own show, but auditioning to become “the next Golden Bachelorette: Gay Edition” — because, as she put it, “don’t you all want to see who gets the final ROSIE ?  God knows I do.” But the real showstopper was the finale: a full rewrite of the Irish classic “Danny Boy,” dedicated to a “very special boy” and hitting practically every major FUCK HEAD scandal from this year in one sweeping ballad: “Poor Donny boy, your polls, your polls are falling. Your reflecting pool is green as Mountain Dew. Your wig’s a mess, your ballroom is appalling, and with Iran you’ve bit off more than you can chew. Measles are back, inflation is a-swelling; you post all night, you’re sleeping while you work. And what’s with all this useless crap you’re selling? Hey, sweetie pie, you’re driving us all berserk. But there’s a way to end this drama. It’s time to use that stable-genius brain. Since we all know you’ll never be Obama, why not resign and make this country great again?” In four lines, O’DONNELL covered a full week’s worth of actual news: the botched, algae-green Reflecting Pool renovation, Trump’s misbegotten White House ballroom project blocked by federal courts, the resurgence of measles under RFK Jr.’s watch, and the ongoing Iran war stretching well past its promised “few weeks.” O’DONNEL also thanked Kimmel directly for “reminding everyone that we have the right to free speech in this country, whether Orange Voldemort likes it or not” — a pointed nod to ABC’s earlier decision to ban her from performing an unrelated Trump parody song during this same guest-hosting run. Turns out you don’t need permission to roast a president. You just need a good melody and better material ROSIE O’DONELL didn’t just give JIMMY KIMMEL a ratings bump. She delivered the show’s highest-rated guest-host week of the summer. According to Nielsen Live+3 data licensed as reported by LateNighter, Kimmel averaged 2.167 million viewers during O’ DONNELL’S week behind the desk. That was a 40 percent jump from Anthony Anderson’s guest-host week immediately before it. Among adults 18 to 49, ROSIE averaged 237,000 viewers, an increase of 34 percent. Those were KIMMEL’S strongest weekly averages.
