A huge shout out to the one and only IRIS BERRY for being there on my recent bout with a horrible strain of the flu or COVID… making sure I had water and soup. it was terrible….
PERRY FARRELL and DAVE NAVARRO CAME TO BLOWS at the Jane’s Addiction show in Boston on Friday. Perry Farrell purposely appeared to tackle DAVE NAVARRO . FARRELL then got in NAVARRO’S face and swore at him, as a confused DAVE looked at him asking what was going on.
FARRELL then lunged at NAVARRO, attacking him, but he was held back by a roadie and bassist ERIC AVERY . FARRELL appeared to throw punches while being restrained, possibly hitting Avery, but Avery was restraining him with a bear hug along with JANE’S ADDICTION’S crew. The road crew dragged FARRELL off stage during his meltdown. It was drummer STEPHEN PERKINS birthday. You can’t make this stuff up.
JANE’S ADDICTION’S original lineup are currently on their first tour together in 14 years. This is only the second time the band’s original lineup has reunited since 1991, outside of a brief 2009-2010 reunion that ended with Avery quitting. LIBERTY BRADFORD was in the audience in Boston….,

SHAILENE WOODLEY is set to play JANIS JOPLIN in an upcoming film based on the late singer’s life.
In addition to starring in the lead role, WOODLEY has also signed on to produce the film, which according to Variety, will be shot over 30 days and received $2.5 million in funding from the California Film Commission.
It is confirmed that REBECCA LEE RUSSELL will join WHITE TRASH DEBUTANTES on November 8 and 9! It will only add to the insane fun.

After doing shows in San Francisco the band moved to Hollywood. JACK had written ‘Hanging On The Telephone‘ that DEBBIE HARRY had heard and BLONDIE recorded. Theyhad a huge hit with it. After The NERVES disbanded PAUL COLLINS returned to San Francisco and that is when I started getting close with PAUL COLLINS. You will hear more when DANNY releases the film… It will be Epic…
